Here are the steps to retrieving login credentials:
- Go to https://workforce.intuit.com
- Select "I forgot my user ID or password"
- Input "phone number, email or user ID"
- Select "Continue"
- User should receive an email with a "Reset password" button or link, select the "Reset password" button or link.
- On the "Create a new password" page, the user inputs a new password, confirms it and selects "Continue"
- Go back to https://workforce.intuit.com and sign in.
- If that doesn't work, attempt to login using a different browser or, if that's unavailable, clear the browser cache/cookies
