Expedite payroll processing with time tracking.
How does time tracking work?
Employees input time transactions online using either the time clock or timesheet input option. When it's time to approve payroll, you can review/edit time data collected and then approve payroll as usual.
What's the difference between Time Clock and Timesheets?
If you want to track your employee's hours closely by requiring them to clock in and out, choose the time clock option. If you trust your employee to record their hours and then enter them into a web-based timesheet sometime before payroll is due, choose the timesheets option. You can choose both options if you prefer to assign some employees to each type of time tracking.
What else?
Employee's can input time transactions through either a web browser or using our mobile app. If using the Time Clock option, time tracking can be set-up to only allow employee's to enter time transactions if they are in the proximity of pre-defined GPS points. If employee's miss inputting a time transaction they can "fix a missed punch." If employee's are working across business divisions, locations, and/or departments, time transactions can be posted to the relevant division, location, and/or department.
