Canceling our payroll service

We would love to keep you as a customer. If there is any way that we can assist you, please contact us.

You can't cancel if an electronic tax payment is still pending — if it is approved but not yet completed.

If you still want to cancel our payroll service:

1. Go here.
   (Or choose Setup and then Cancel Service.)
2. Fill out the page and click Cancel Service.

After you cancel our payroll service, you can still sign in to view and update your payroll data, but you can't create paychecks, pay payroll taxes, or file payroll forms.
