In Employer on the Go (EOG)
- Send Employee Initial Registration (within "Employee" record)

- Login to “employeronthego.com”
- Hover over “Employees”
- Select “Employees and Contractors”
- Select desired employee in table
- Select “Contact” tab
- Select “Edit”
- Input/check email address
- Select “Send myEOG Registration …”
- Select “Save”

- To resend employee registration

- Repeat "Initial Registration" steps

- To reset employee password
-
- Login to "employeronthego.com"
- Hover over "Employees"
- Select "Product Access"
- Highlight desired employee
- Select "Edit"
- Set "Status (My Employer on the Go)" to "Active"
- Set "Next Action (My Employer on the Go)" to "Reset Password"
- Select "Save"

- Troubleshooting:

- "User Not Active" error

- Usually the employee is active upon completion of the registration process, this error means that the registration did not get completed
- First, try resending the registration (see above)
- If resending the registration doesn't work, activate the employee:
- From "Employees" menu, select "Product Access"
- From the table, select the employee's record
- Select the "Employee Access Setup" tab
- Select "Edit"
- Select "My Employer on the GO" option
- Select "Save"
- Check with employee to see if they can access their account.
- Usually the employee is active upon completion of the registration process, this error means that the registration did not get completed

- "User Not Active" error

In Intuit Online Payroll (IOP)
- Log into ManagePayroll.com
- Click on the "Employee" Tab
- Click on Employees Name
- Under the "Employee Site Access" section click on the "Edit" button
- Verify email address is correct
- Select the check box to "Access their pay stubs online"
- Select "Send Email" or "Resend Email" button
- Email the Employee you have given them access to their paystub (Emails could be sitting in a Spam/Junk folder)
