After the business has invited the prospective employee to employee self onboarding an the employee has completed their portion, the business DOES need to FINISH the employee set-up to pay the employee.
To do so:
- Login to https://www.employeronthego.com/Login.aspx?PL=20201522

- On the "Dashboard," under "Key Information," select the "...Employee Setup Required" button

- Select the "Edit" link at the bottom of the page

- On the "General" tab, under "Employee Information," set:

- Division (most businesses will be 00000001-...)
- Location (most businesses will be 00000001-...)
- Department (most businesses will be 00000001-...)

- Select the "Pay Info" tab

- Select "Pay Frequency" (if need be)
- Select "Pay Type" (if need be)
- Select "FLSA Exempt" (if need be)
- Layman's terms: these are people that are not subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Input "Pay Rate"

- Select "Deduction/Accruals" tab

- Select pencil icon to edit (if need be)

- Select "General" tab

- Under "General Information," set "Status" to "Active"

- If "Update Employee Pay Info" pops up, update and select "Update Pay Info"
- Select "Save" icon
- On the "General" tab, under "Employee Information," set:

- To view "active" employees, change "Status" filter to "active"
- Select the "Edit" link at the bottom of the page

- On the "Dashboard," under "Key Information," select the "...Employee Setup Required" button
