Forgot Username and/or Password

  1. Forgot username:
      1. Go to https://mygo.employeronthego.com/Login.aspx?PL=20201522
      2. Select "Forgot Username" link
      3. Input:
      4. First Name
      5. Last Name
      6. Email Address
      7. Select "Submit"
      8. The username is sent via email so you'll need to check your email (can take 5 minutes) then,
      9. Select "Login"
  2. Forgot password:
      1. Go to https://mygo.employeronthego.com/Login.aspx?PL=20201522
      2. Select "Forgot Password" link
      3. Input "Username"
      4. Select "Submit"
      5. Input answers to security questions
      6. Select "Submit"
      7. The password will be sent via email so you'll need to check your email (can take 5 minutes).
