For Administrators
How to reset an employee's password
(See the section below for resetting logins for employees who's registration is pending.)
Automated Reset (recommended)
- Log in to Employer on the Go.
- Hover over "Employees".
- Select "Product Access".
- Highlight the desired employee.
- Select the "Edit" button at the bottom right of the page.
- Scroll the table to the right until you see the column "Status (My Employer on the Go").
- Ensure "Active" is selected in the Status column.
- In the column to the right ("Next Action") select "Reset Password".
- Click save.
Within the next 5-10 minutes, the employee will receive a password reset email to complete the process.
Manual Reset
Please use only as a last resort.
- Log in to Employer on the Go.
- Hover over "Employees".
- Select "Product Access".
- Highlight the desired employee.
- Navigate to the "Employee Access" tab.
- Select "Edit" at the bottom right of the screen.
- Choose and input a password. The password must be 8 characters or more and contain the following:

- 1 lower case
- 1 uppercase letter.
- 1 number.
- 1 special character (e.g. #, !, etc...).
- Must not be one of the last 5 passwords used for the account.
- Passwords containing common words like "password" or "qwerty" may be rejected.
- Click "Save".
Give the new password to the employee. If they are logging in for the first time, they will be required to change their password.
Reset Employee Registration
Use this process to reset login information for an employee who has not completed registration.
- Log in to Employer on the Go.
- Hover over "Employees".
- Select "Product Access".
- Highlight the desired employee.
- Select the "Edit" button at the bottom right of the page.
- Scroll the table to the right until you see the column "Status (My Employer on the Go").
- Select "Active" the Status column.
- Click save.
Within the next 5-10 minutes, the employee will receive 2 emails. One will be a new temporary link for registration. The second will contain a temporary password. If an employee does not complete registration before the temporary link stops working, please repeat the above process.
