Upon employee approval, the employee's manager should receive an email notification letting them know that that "Time card request from ..." is awaiting approval.
To approve the employee's time:
- The manager logs in to https://www.employeronthego.com/Login.aspx?PL=20201522
- On the "Dashboard," under "Key Information," select "...Time Card Pending Approval"
- Alternatively, the manager can go to "Timekeeping > Employee Time Cards"
- Use "Standard" view to review/edit employee hours
- Or, if you prefer, use "Enhanced" view
- Select "Approve" button
- Select "Ok" on the "Approval: succeeded" notification
- Select "Home"
