Circumstances may arise where a business has duplicated an employee record in Employer on the Go. When this happens, the records need to be associated together by Ludt Payroll on the back end using the MasterID in Employer on Demand.
In Employer on the Demand:
- Open company
- Select "Employees"
- Note "Employee ID" of first of the duplicated records
- Select the second of the duplicated records
- Select the "Edit" button
- Transcribe the "Employee ID" to the "Master ID" field
- Select "Save"
