Oklahoma's Employment Security Commission (OESC) requires employer reporting and deposit via the "EZ Tax Express" website. Employers must first register on the website then, after receiving the OESC account number (via USPS), grant Ludt Payroll Third Party Administrator (TPA) access to the employer's account.
To register on the "EZ Tax Express" website:
- Go to https://eztaxexpress.oesc.state.ok.us
- From the menu, Select Create New User Id (Registration):
- For "What Type of Account are you Creating", under "Employer Account", Select the "Create an Employer Account" link
- Complete "Create New User Id" (Step 2 of 3) form
- Your Oklahoma Unemployment Account Number goes under "Account Id"
- Your Federal Employer Identification Number goes under "FEIN"
- Select the "Continue" button

- Complete "Create New User Id" (Step 3 of 3) form:

- Select the "I Accept" button.
- Login to the EZ Tax Express website with the credentials you just created:
- From the Menu, Select "Manage TPA Relationships":
- Input Ludt Payroll's FEIN (81-2853468) in the TPA search box:
- Select the "Grant Access" link
- Review the Grant Access authorization, it should look exactly as follows then, select the "Grant Access" button
- Verify "Permissions granted" and, we're done!
