To setup a new company in ACA OnDemand, enter in the initial required information.
After populating the fields, select "Submit" button and move to Company Setup for next steps.
A red asterisk indicates a required field. All required fields in the application either assist in ACA tracking or are required for accurate completion of IRS Forms 1094 / 1095. This prevents data discrepancies and filing issues for Forms 1094/1095.
Partner ID: The Service Bureau’s Client Number with Apex Payroll Software Technologies.
Company ID: The Client Number, assigned by the specific Service Bureau.
Company Name: The name of the business as registered with the IRS
DBA: If the company is using a different name to identify themselves, change this to the ‘Doing Business As’ name.
Federal EIN: Enter Federal Employer Identification Number
