The employer will have to update their account with the Third Party Administrator (TPA) ID code and assign the TPA access to specific employer functions before a TPA may perform those functions.
Before you can add or change a TPA, you will need:
- Your user ID and password for UI Online (https://uionline.detma.org/Employer/Core/Login.ASPX)
- Ludt Payroll's MA TPA ID: 112119
- TPA role assignments (You can have onlye one TPA assigned a role at a time)
- Login to UI Online
- Select the "Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization" link
- On the "Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization" page, Select the "New" button
- In the TPA ID, input: 112119
- Enter "TPA Services Begin Date"
- Can't be before current date
- Leave "TPA Services End Date" blank
- Select "Save"
- Under "Role," Select "Add" ONLY for
- Payments Update and Submit
- Employment and Wage Detail Update and Submit
- **BE SURE TO ENABLE EDIT ACCESS**
- Select "Save"
