Let your employees know why they're receiving a bonus, adjusted wages, or other special payment by adding a personal note the next time you run payroll.
- Go to the Payday tab.
- Select the Check Details icon
- In the Memo field, add a personal memo
- Click the Create button.
- Finish running the payroll.
Once the payroll is processed, the personal memo will appear in the memo of your employee's pay stub.
