I did not receive either registration email
MyGO sends two registration emails from:
Notifications@employerondemand.com
The subject is:
Payroll product access - your registration information
Take the following steps:
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders.
- Search your mailbox for:
Notifications@employerondemand.comPayroll product accessEmployer on the GO
- Confirm with your employer that it used the correct email address when setting up your account.
- Ask your employer to verify or resend your access when necessary.
I received the first email but not the temporary password
The temporary password is sent in a second email and may arrive several minutes after the first.
- Allow up to 15 minutes for the second email to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Search for messages from Notifications@employerondemand.com.
- Confirm that both messages were sent to the same email address.
- Contact your employer when the second email does not arrive.
My registration link does not work
Complete registration promptly after receiving both emails.
When the link no longer opens the registration page or reports that it is invalid:
- Confirm that you selected Click here in the first registration email.
- Do not use the regular My Employer on the GO login link to begin registration.
- Try opening the registration link in a standard browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
- Contact your employer and request assistance with your account invitation.
My temporary password does not work
Try the following:
- Confirm that you are using the password from the second registration email.
- Copy only the password, without spaces before or after it.
- Enter the temporary password on the registration page opened by the Click here link.
- Do not enter the temporary password on the normal MyGO login page.
- When copying and pasting does not work, carefully type the password instead.
- Contact your employer when the password continues to be rejected.
Do not email your temporary password to your employer or Ludt Payroll.
I completed registration but cannot sign in
After registration, use the username and permanent password you created.
Do not continue using the temporary password from the registration email.
Confirm that:
- You are entering the username you selected during registration.
- You are entering the permanent password you created.
- Caps Lock is turned off.
- Your device is not automatically entering an old or saved password.
- There are no extra spaces before or after the username.
I forgot my username
On the MyGO login page, select Forgot Username and follow the on-screen instructions.
When the recovery process does not work, contact your employer so it can verify the email address associated with your payroll account.
I forgot my password
On the MyGO login page, select Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check your spam or junk folder for the password-reset message.
When the reset process does not work, contact your employer.
The registration email opened a browser instead of the mobile app
This is expected.
Initial registration is completed through a web browser, even when the registration email is opened on a mobile device.
Complete registration in the browser first. You can then download the mobile app and sign in using the username and permanent password you created.
Register Your MyGO Employee Account
I cannot find the correct mobile application
Use the direct links below:
Confirm that the developer is IRIS Americas before installing the application.
The mobile app does not show my W-2 or Form W-4
Forms W-2 and W-4 are accessed through the MyGO browser experience, not through the mobile app.
The browser experience also allows you to download PDF copies of pay stubs.
I cannot download a PDF copy of my pay stub
PDF pay-stub downloads are available through the browser experience.
- Sign into MyGO through a web browser.
- Open the pay stub you want to save.
- Select Download this Pay Stub.
A PDF may open in a new browser tab or be placed in your device’s Downloads folder.
I do not see timekeeping functions
Timekeeping functions are not offered by every employer.
Your MyGO account may open directly to the Pay Stub screen when your employer does not use MyGO timekeeping or has not enabled those permissions for your account.
Contact your employer with questions about whether timekeeping should be available.
I do not see accrued-leave information
Accrued-leave information is only displayed when your employer tracks and provides that information through MyGO.
Contact your employer with questions about available leave balances or leave policies.
My pay, taxes, deductions, bank information, or leave balance appears incorrect
Contact your employer promptly.
Include:
- Your name
- The affected pay date
- The general category of the issue
- A screenshot when helpful
Do not include or expose your full Social Security number, full bank-account number, password, or temporary password in the screenshot or message.
Your employer will review the issue and coordinate with Ludt Payroll when necessary.
