Learn how to register for MyGO and choose between the mobile app and browser to access your payroll information.

- Current and previous pay information
- Earnings, taxes, deductions, and reimbursements
- Year-to-date payroll totals
- Payment information
- Accrued leave balances
- Timekeeping information
- Pay-stub PDF files
- Forms W-2 and W-4
You can use MyGO through a web browser or through the MyGO mobile app.
Important: You must complete your initial account registration in a web browser. This is true even when you open the registration email from a phone or tablet. After registration, you can use either the browser experience or the mobile app.
Step 1: Register your account
After your employer sets up your access, you will receive two emails from:
Notifications@employerondemand.com
The emails will carry the subject:
Payroll product access - your registration information
The first email contains the registration link. The second email contains the temporary password you will use to begin registration.
Complete registration promptly after receiving both emails. If the registration link no longer works, contact your employer for assistance.
Step 2: Choose how you want to access MyGO
After registering, you can use MyGO through the mobile app, a web browser, or both.
